Draper Temple

Today Brett, my Mom, Taitum, Jaxon and I had the opportunity to go through the tour of the Draper temple. I have never been able to do that before, and it was an amazing experience. The lighting fixtures were absolutely gorgeous!! The best part was the end in the sealing room. They had people come in and sit down. They thanked us for all coming, and talked about eternal marriages. As we were walking out, I stood up and looked in the eternity mirrors for a minute with Jaxon. I have been able to look in the mirror with Brian, but it was very touching to look and see me with my child for eternity. I love my family so very much and I am grateful for the blessing of eternity. Because without them, eternal life would not be complete. They are my life!

I did know that is who she had married. And yes, he does still look like a total goof ball. He has gotten fat too. I can't judge though - I got old and fat too !

It was awesome huh?! I love that you took a picture outside! We went at night it was dark and freezing! But I agree with you about looking in the mirror, that was so neat :)

Wait a sec! Just cause I've been married for 8 years doesn't mean that I'm getting any older then the day I was married!! ;)

It is always fun to walk through temples before they are dedicated. There really is a different feeling there then after the Dedication. Very fun!

We went through the Draper temple back in February.... you are right it is absolutely beautiful!! It was my first experience as well and we did the exact same thing too in the sealing room. I am so grateful that I have the knowledge and the belief that I too can be with my family for eternity. What a gift and blessing!
